I HAD PURCHASE DINNER SET FROM SHOPCJ Which is defective and in very poor quality of product when i receive same day i had place request of refund. Dated 20 Sep. it’s more than 1 and 1/2 month goes they poeple not refund. 1st shopcj’s customer service is very poor. They people always disconnect my call’s They said we have arrange call for you and 1 of our senior call you within 48 hrs, which is not come yet 1after 45 days. They commit reverse pickup and refund also.But till today they are not picking product. When i call they said 1st we pick product then we process your refund. Till today i have not receive any solution DO NOT BUY PRODUCT from SHOPCJ How i do get refund from them
