Complaint filed on 28th Feb 2024 with RBI ombudsman against Union Bank of India but still no update from Ombudsman. Called RBI helpline but they are saying it's under process
Already 45 days has passed but no resolution in sight.
Anyone can help what can be further course of action.

I complained against Axis it takes 90 days also not a satisfactory answer
example what is your name? axis replied his/her father's name and the complaint was closed even though I wanted to appeal but RBI said the complaint hadn't been closed
if the bank didn't want to help you then no one helps you I think in most cases this rule applies

try complaining in consumer forum i have good response from it i had axis account closure related issues i got it closed in 1 day of complaint
