I have purchased one item from askmebazaar.com . order I’d AB356508 on date 16/07/14 ,
I have received call from sonu customer care executive( 011-66200200 ) at 02:45 pm, 13/08/14 . They told me that your order ( AB356508 ) has been cancelled
And they told me ( reason ) order out off stock.I don’t know wether the confirmed orders could be cancelled at this site,
I told them that what I am receiving through mail is different and my order is confirmed, so I requested them to mail me in writing to avoid any doubts, but she totally refused for giving any written communication.
I don’t know whether the calls are real or fake Sir please confirm me the status of my order I’d AB356508 dated 16/08/14
