Complain against fraud made by website(Bestylish, Gurgaon), the shopping website of Smile Sales Private Limited

I had ordered a pair of Sandals from the website Bestylish(bestylish.com) on 11th Aug 2011. But when i received the order the size was small. So according to their facility i made the return request on 17th Aug 2011. Which they made it collected from my billing address. It has also passed their quality check. They have the Refund Policy of refunding the the amount in the credit card within 7 days of return. But its been more than 2 months now, and I haven’t got any refund in my bank account. I called them several times, but everytime they say that it will be refunded in your bank account within 7 days. But today when i called them they said you have been given a store credit in your bestylish account which you have to redeem in your next purchase.

It is clearly mentioned in their Terms & Condition clause no. 32 that the refund would be made in the credit card account. Also before ordering i confirmed this thing with their customer care.

On reminding them of this clause, they are saying that we are in the process of updating the refund clause.
