Wanted do a quick check on types of colours available in ascending order as price and its quality....
Which is the cheapest option which will last okayish and wont get on hands or clothes if touched or wiped.
Is it distemper something?
Consider asian paints for giving example.

Cheapest is Chuna , but will give stains of it whatever touches it .
Second is Distemper Cost effective and no colour bleeding .
