Co Applicant in Home loan and mortgage loan

I have a query regarding the Co applicant in Home loan and mortgage loan.
Suppose a person is a co applicant in Home Loan and mortagage loan for his father while applying the loan for enhancing the loan amount or for some other reason.
After some days if that co applicant wants to leave India for his employment..Will he allowed to leave?Or he has any issues while getting visa?
Anyone experienced these issues?
Hope someone will respond.

I have 3 doubts
1) How come the mortgage and home loan banks/NBFC' s know a co applicant left another country??
2) does emigration department check your bank account before boarding flight???
3) Does Passport office keep tabs on co applicant???
if the answer is NO for all the questions above
then ANYONE CAN ESCAPE A COUNTRY LIKE THIS AFTER GETTING LOAN
xD this is how famous Vijay... Mal.... , Nirav... Mo..i.... and many others left India after scamming looool
