I am going to close my Axis Bank Flipkart credit card, recently I have done transaction on Flipkart but I only received 1.5 % cashback Axis Bank cheated me, I had purchase one eletcronic item, and axis sent me 5% cashback message too ,
I think I should get rid of this useless card as soon as possible

same with me… these buggers gave me 1.5%.
Meanwhile I have also sent email for surrender of fk axis card as I recently got ace card.
This card is pretty much useless to me.
Axis fk both are fake..everywhere mentioned about to get 500+500 gv on card approval from 7th April and now nobody got second 500 gv and denied to give…totally bad service

My statement also mentioning wrong cashback. For flipkart & myntra transactions also they gave only 1.5%

Not received yet, this is Axis bank, you know it’s service very well, Axis card par 1 lakh bhi spend pura nahi ho pay don’t want to pay fees waiting for cashback and I will close the card after cashback receipt
Well, this is funny and confusing. I made a payment using my newly issued Axis Bank Flipkart credit card on June 23 and today I see the card is INACTIVE in both net banking and app. The bank seems to have blocked my card. I wonder why.
Okay, had written an email to them before, but now called customer care. The lady told me it’s just a block since it is a new card, and customer has to call customer care to get it activated. Amazing. Anyhoo, the card is activated. I thought they decided to cancel my card account for some reason after approving. 😂
The card was activated instantly.
It gets removed after 4 months automatically , if you have properly closed your card
How are you tracking cb via statement?
Remaining 3.5% u will get next month
Many got 1.5% instead of 5% due to server upgrade and some got response from bank that the pending rewards will be posted in next statement
