Now comes CT... I talked with an agent yesterday and today . the agent is coming with various reasons to me..... "Sir, it is UPTO 5 not Flat 5, or its a vouchers or it is decided by bank.- we can't do nothing, or you should read terms, and we can't do anything for this time please know/beware for next time"...
I told the it's your payment page , showing misinformation not bank or any third party payment pages.... Tell your supervisor/senior..if u can't handle...but still pending with talk...
Now I know Flipaxis don't give 5%.. or it's not a very big amount of CB..(it's under 1000 even when 5%).. but point is fault in their payment page...
They have still not updating it, and and not accepting the Their faults.. what do you dimers say..?.. should I pester them more...

Cleartrip is yet to credit/return approx 4K for the cancelled now-bankrupt GoAir(read GoFirst) airlines ticket for the last 1.5 years......aggregators are real scruplous elements along with the airlines......
Last month Flipkart Axis CC didn't track the preferred merchant CB properly, so for transactions on Flipkart too fetched 1% CB. However, a week after statement generation, they credited the remaining 4% CB which is visible in unbilled transactions. So, I would advise you to check unbilled transactions and if it doesn't show up there, raise a formal complaint via email. Don't waste time speaking to a CC representative over call, they are dumb as rocks.
P.S.: Flipkart Axis CC is supposed to fetch 5% on cleartrip transactions, period. Don't let anyone convince you any different.
so they cannot be expected to help.
at-most in a magistrate's presence.. you can have your statements recorded and have the video evidence taken.. as you go through the checkout flow.. to pin the mistake/ wilfull fraud of CT.
Then based on the evidence RECORDED BEFORE A MAGISTRATE, can file a deficiency in service case and also claim 'cheating'.
Update: CT gave me their offer page with extra "5% by axis bank"... I sent that to axis... Got a reply from axis in the mail.. that my remaining CB will be done in November month.. .. there is an ongoing issue in the wrongful tracking of CB...
