I want opening a new Indus saving account - Delight [zero balance]

for account opened from april-2024 onwards - Has anyone availed the "Titanium Delights Debit Card Fee Reversal Offer"
[ 499 amount is reversed on min spend of 25K within 3months]

1. Since, I am not a Indus customer, I am not able to call customer care nos [IVR: asks for bank registered mobile no]
2. NO response on email or twitter msgs.
