Hello All,
I have given my native address a 15 years back, which is on aadhar for citi credit card .Now for all other cards I have given current address.
Now after citi axis migration,when I checked both adresses wrongly merged ,due to which both of the addresses showing wrongly.I mean H.No. from one address and citi from another address.
Pls check yours and update.
What should I do. When I try to update,it's taking only aadhaar,driving licence to update.

Looks like they are still migrating and settling the transactions data.
Give me them some time to settle everything.

They are asking on card page like which address you would like to set as the communication address.

It showing communication address to choose between home and work address.however that problem it is taking merged address which is native and current address for home.

I had no relationship with Axis, so all migrated as is from my citi. No issues observed with Savings account, term deposits, credit card and add on card... All captured correctly... Unable to verify reward points as it seems still under maintenance.

check in migration details. there the updated address for delivery of new card is shown. is it correctly reflected. in my case, under migration, the present address for cust ID (with other axis products) is reflected. but it is also asking for setting of address and that is shown as old address that is no longer used. seems to be some technical issue.

Check now... They applied annual fee today into my cc... I got a waiver message from citi last month that I met spend limit for fee waiver
Pathetic Axis... I should have closed when I got message of sell out itself!!!
More over my annual fee is 500 but they applied 1000... Worst
