I have paid my CC bill through CHEQ but amount got debited from account but transaction failed.
In status page it is showing refund in 2 working days and in Message i got it will be refunded in 5 days.
how many days do they usually take?

I have done transaction via netbanking and its been almost 3 days and NO refund yet.

Also never use netbanking for any direct purchases or payments, it just isn't efficient. With established apps, go with upi or debit card. They can be trusted.

Contacted CC via email and got mail that they didnt receive amount. complained to my bank (frwded them that mail) and they cleared it.

Upi almost immediately. Debit card takes 3-5 working days. Metbanking takes 2 days.
