Cheq CC payment issue

In short I made a CC bill payment of 10k+ through cheq last week, but even after a week it's not successful or refunded. I already connected with CCare over chat but every time fake assurances of 2 days is given. Kindly suggest the best approach to tackle this... If incase anyone else had similar experience.

Yes, Yes... This is not the first time that I made a payment to that cc using CHEQ. Amount was debited from bank instantly but even after a week this the only msg I received from cheq after connecting with their CC.

Yesterday I made CC payment using gpay. Payment failed, money reversed but still haven't yet received in the bank.
CC due date is day after tomorrow. Worst part is they are not replying. Also while creating ticket in their app, it gives error.
Please avoid using this app for making CC payments. Never faced any problem while using Cred app.
To get 1% coins I preferred this app over Cred but now regretting my decision for using this fraud app.

Is the amount debited from your account as you are taking about refund? Are the details of cc furnished along with cheq correct?
