CheQ App - Payment Done But Not Reflecting in Axix Bank App.

Hii, I have Paid my credit card bill on 12/09 of Amount 36,500/- and since then its not updating in Axix Bank App. I thought i have entered wrong card details and again i have paid 100/- today amd it got Successful update in Axix bank app and CheQ. Why its getting delay for my last payment i dont understand. My paent date was 30/09 as i got cash in my account i paid it on 12/09. Please help me out. Went to axix bank and told same. They told to contact CheQ app but No Number No Response Nothing. I Mailed them 7-8 times but still same no response. Attaching my payment details please Help by guiding me please🙏🙏🙏

After ref number generated it takes max 4 working days to get reflected, has happened with my multiple times
Why do u guys wait till last day to pay your cc bill
