Cheating customer with false commitmet- The infibeam Fraud.

I have ordered an asus router on infibeam dated 105t February, 2014. They haven’t even shipped the product. Whenever I call or email their CC, they give trademark answers like sorry or apologize or the like,and commit to ship the product. All of a sudden after 10 days of the order now, a CC calls me today and says my order will be cancelled if I don’t accept another model that they offer. Since the model is inferior, I did not accept the offer. I am planning to take legal action on Infibeam. Customers beware!!!!
I shall comeback and change the review if the comply with the order.
