Cheating by Flipkart

I had purchased a shoe rack with order ID OD113838270881489000 on Nov 10, 2018 and made 100% payment. Also received a message that it has been shipped and will be delivered by 25.11.18. There after received a message that it will be delivered on 03.12.18. When contacted Flipkart, was assured that it will be personally monitored by Flipkart and assured that delivery will take place on 03.12.18. However, received a message that now it will be delivered on 10.12.18. No body has even bothered to response. A very highly unethical organisation with NIL commitment. Last order placed by me on Flipkart. Will never use their services
