Cheaters

On 28th apr 2020, I had placed and order for one milk  subscription along with 1 month membership, they kept on rescheduling the delivery than I had to fight for a refund, I was assured by the agent that will receive a full refund along with the membership amount but I didn’t get a membership amount, got a call twice from their senior she also assure I will receive a refund for membership still I have not received it, I had placed an order for my elderly mom who cant go out and buy, my question is why did the accept order when other websites were not accepting as they were not able to deliver…they are rip off just making money and cheating innocent people…
