The fact that Myntra is now claiming that your issue has been resolved, when you haven't received your refund, is unacceptable.

Myntra's lack of action and disregard for your concerns is a clear indication that they are not taking their customers seriously. As a customer, it's important to protest against such unacceptable behaviour by leaving a review on various platforms and demanding that they take appropriate action to rectify the situation. You can also consider filing a complaint with a consumer protection agency to ensure that such incidents don't happen to other customers in the future. It's time for Myntra to take their customer service seriously and take action to ensure that their customers receive the products they paid for, and that their concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
