Why take locker, why not against loan from those valuables?
Atleast we are getting loan amount against those valuables (mainly on gold) & also security
Am i missing something?
Need to disclose the valuation of the property, which is not preferred by government employees and self-employed.
Last year I took the locker at Central Bank of India, checked rates at many banks and found PSU charges to be lowest compared to private sector banks
Lockers are not easily available at SBI, there is waiting time as well at SBI in my area
Finally took s small size locker at CBI with 10k FD and ~1500 rs yearly charges + ~500 initial documentation charges
10 visit in 1 bank year are free and above that ~120 rs charges per visit
It's not document charges,it's for stamp paper for agreement purpose
Keep a good NRV with HDFC Bank. Get your account upgraded to Imperia via RM/BM. Get one free locker (any size) per customer ID.
Any way to open imperia or any other program account directly?
Khudka lelo aur wahi rakhdo
Dont know, ill wait for answers. As far I know bank lockers at psu as well as pvt banks are in high demand, demand>supply. They have only gotten expensive.
