Hi All,
Am after a mobile phone with Whatsapp feature. Its an additional phone - hence looking for cheap ones. Just need whattsapp and should work outside India. Views appreciated

whatsapp on wifi or over mobile internet? If wifi any redmi series like this will work ( Most of them are global models) , but on mobile data, need to double check bands of that specific country before purchasing one in India

I recollect Jio had some. Others too had/have.
(At-least in some middle eastern countries, these worked, despite the local TelCos trying to kill VoIP by getting the government to pass legislation to make VoIP illegal and/or difficult to use.)
