What would be the cheapest way to book international flight tickets?

Is Skyscanner reliable for booking tickets?

Mostly it redirect to another travel agency, in my case kiwi. Com
Is it reliable

Yes, skyscanner is 'safe'.. as much as tinder, jeevansathi and oyo rooms are 'safe'.
(It is just a metal-crawler type aggregator which sends spiders across the non dark-web to find what it claims to be top offers, prices.)

Skyscanner might be remunerated (by the businesses, hotels, airline operators) for giving those referrals via its platform, but I do not know for sure.

But just like tinder, oyo rooms would usually not take ANY responsibility if a user/ customer/ patron later gets Syphilis, Gonorrhea, HSV(herpes simplex virus) infection or ANY STI,
Skyscanner too disclaim liabilities to an extent.
One has to do their own due-d (due diligence).

Yes, skypicker.com are relatively okay, but their customer service was almost non-existent when during Covid-19 travel restrictions their site allowed bookings for flights thst were not there. The refunds too were denied to many such customers, unless it became a PR nightmare.
They are an agent and aggregator, just like we have yatra, makemytrip.
skypicker.com is now (rebranded ss) kiwi dot com.
