I think I will go with Malaysia. How should I buy a complete package which includes tickets, exploring, stay, meals? Can you pls suggest?
Also if I can include Singapore with this trip without impacting the budget much that would be ideal.
Vietnam could be handy
seems you are South East Asia heavy and opting for places with shoreline/sea.
In that case, Laos would be cheaper.
For non sea places, central Asia has rich culture and great places too. Kazakhstan, Mongolia, Tajikistan.
Being close by, flights would cost relatively less.
Being relatively India friendly, one would get vida free travel or visa on arrival in these.
I would recommend Malaysia and Bali (could be costlier).
@gandhitejasvi1507 Just a suggestion, when you are posting such topics , make it a point to as much details as possible like your budget per person, no. of days you want to visit. This will help fellow diners to give more accurate info. For me cheap and best can be Singapore , but it could be out of your budget. Specifically for Dec, if you go during XMas, NY week, everywhere it will be 10-20% expensive during those 14 days.
Near 1st December
I went to Vietnam in December last year, spent 3 weeks and returned just before Christmas. It will be slightly expensive (cheapest is September-October) but will be cheaper than the rest and the climate and culture will make it feel a better VFM than Singapore, Bali (can't speak about the rest)
Just a query :
Malaysia is Visa free till Dec 30.
Any chance of getting extended?
Planning for a trip in January 2025.
If nkt. Anyone knows whats the visa cost ? VOA ?
