few days back i bought petrol for 120rs with my PNB rupay credit UPI in Phonepe
today while checking the transaction I saw 120rs transaction and 10rs and 1.8rs debited transaction

Fuel transactions charge surcharge for credit cards/credit on UPI.
Small amount of fuel spend PNB charge minimum Rs10 for transaction below Rs500.
Read PNB t&c here - Fuel surcharge (exclusive of service tax and other charges) - Min. Rs.10 or 1% on transaction > Rs.500 & < Rs.4000/-.
