In Amazon, the unique ID for physical items is called ASIN (except in case of physical books, it is the ISBN itself)
and in Flipkart and its sub-sites (i think shopsy is of Flipkart) the product IDentification or the pid is the unique identifier for each SKU (stock keeping unit).
(Meaning if you have to purchase a tumbler or a phone.. and they are available in red, aqua, green colours.. then EACH COLOUR item has a different.pid... different ASIN in case of Amazon.)
The format on flipkart and its subsites is
☛☞site-name DOT com SLASH sellers QUESTION-MARK pid IS EQUAL TO abcde12345☜☚
So ☛https://flipkart.com/sellers?pid=MIXF8AGGH7ZUGS8U☚ would hopefully show the available sellers 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚 𝐠𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐨𝐝𝐞.
Since "MIXF8AGGH7ZUGS8U" is the PID for some Philips mixie, it would have to be replaced with the 'pid' of the required item, if it is a different item.
[step 1]
log-in into the account. ⁽ˢᵒᵐᵉᵗⁱᵐᵉˢ ᵃᶜᶜᵒᵘⁿᵗ ˢᵖᵉᶜⁱᶠⁱᶜ ᵉˡⁱᵍⁱᵇⁱˡⁱᵗʸ ᵒʳ ʳᵉˢᵗʳⁱᶜᵗⁱᵒⁿˢ ᵐᵃʸ ᵇᵃʳ ᵒⁿᵉ ᶠʳᵒᵐ ᵒʳᵈᵉʳⁱⁿᵍ ⁱᵗ‧⁾
[step 2]
Find out the pid by checking the URL.
If item is in stock, then adding to cart and clicking/tapping the link of the item in the cart .. WILL show the "pid" in the URL.
If item is not available, not getting added to cart, then maybe one of the product images, if any, would have the name which might contain the UID/PID.
else one has to check some webcache like google or other webcrawlers or archive sites, for when.the item was listed in-stock.
[step 3]
select the relevant pincode on the site/ choose the address from the address book.
[step 4]
build a URL like https://flipkart.com/sellers?pid=MIXF8AGGH7ZUGS8U where MIXF8AGGH7ZUGS8U is replaced with the correct "pid" of the SKU (stock keeping unit).
as already mentioned, as on date (mid July 2024).. '𝐟𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐤𝐚𝐫𝐭.𝐜𝐨𝐦' and '𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩𝐬𝐲.𝐢𝐧' in the URL are 'mostly' interchangeable.
As in, both https://shopsy.in/sellers?pid=EOEGCU68BGPHMUCQ and https://flipkart.com/sellers?pid=EOEGCU68BGPHMUCQ would ideally point to THE SAME item.
(Whether one can complete the purchase on flipkart or vice-versa, is a different story.)
