change BSNL sim circle

Guys now BSNL 4g is available in my area but my sim is not 4g supported sim and it is from West bengal and I am currently in odisha. So in order to convert the sim to 4g, nearest bsnl office guy said they can do odisha sim cards only...in this case what is the option available to change my sim circle? I don't want to port from BSNL to some other network, wait for 90 days and then again port to bsnl

Just go to some retailer and do sim card replacement.they will charge some money but will do your job most probably.
