• Innopay, 0.5% discount (10 times per day, 5rs max discount per 1k transaction)
• HDFC platinum debit card: 1% cashback (750rs max cashback per month)
• HDFC millennia debit card: 2.5% cashback (400rs max cashback per month)

in addition to what flash007 suggested 

check RBL and IDFC First debit cards, they give voucher back things, do check them as well from 1% to 5% if you bill amount is more (but only vouchers)

disadvantage is only voucher redemption is possible in RBL and IDFC First

IDFC wealth DC gives 2.5% for above 50K and 0.6% for the first 50K. Currently this is the highest .
