Any idea why we some of amazon account dont have cc option to buy Amazon Pay Gift card, eventhough they have not used the full limit to buy amazon voucher for previous month?

I could see credit card option for GC purchase..May be they have updated GC purchase limit…need to know new limits

Problem is they are not transparent on their own product.Some account they keep buying 30k per month but other account are restricted for not buying anything.
When asked the same also,they are clueless what is going on?

Try removing any saved credit card in your account which you might have used to purchase Amazon GC in the past. Sometimes this trick works and allows to purchase Amazon GC with your other credit cards.
