CC bill statement amount query - Indusind Bank

I have Indusind CC whose bill amount was around 10,000 , in which I got refund of 2,000 .. so I have paid balance 8,000 and it is already reflecting in mobile app as well. Now today I got sms that my CC bill is OVER DUE .. are we supposed to pay 2,000 as well ?

In sbi, axis, hdfc need to pay full then we can withdraw the refund amount. No idea about indusind .. I guess u need to pay full
