Probably you over paid, you will get refund in 3-5 days
don't pay the cashback amount or use cashback amount than pay
Hi,
I am trying to pay my CC bills via JioFinance App using my HDFC Easyshop Platinum DC to get 1% Cashback.
For testing how long does it take to reflect the payment in CC transaction I was successfully able to make a small transaction. But any subsequent transaction, Bank OTP page doesn't even open. I have tried to pay the Bill for Axis & HDFC CC, but payment simply fails saying "in progress"
is someone aware about this? or someone know a fix for this?

my bill was around 7K, i only paid ₹100 via Jio app till now, which is already reflecting in my cc transations.
@baapuji Facing same issue. Were you able to resolve it? @abhishek012 Any input on this?
yeah, instead of saving the card (tokenization) simply enter the card details every time you need to pay.
if you have already saved the card, you can still click on "add new card" and can enter the same card again (but this time if it asks to save the card, don't save it)
I guess their tech team has messed up the tokenization implementation somehow.
Paying through debit card the payment is not through...
Have paid once of Rs.100 for testing purposes it was successful then all the other transactions are failing if tried to pay through debit card
Tried with UPI option and the payment has no problem in going through
Is there any workaround for this issue
Trying with HDFC platinum debit card
Have you saved your card? Tokenization has some issue on jio finance. Try entering card details as new debit card and checkout without saving it again.
