Income Tax e-Filing now allows tax payment using CCs/DCs. So, if I use non HDFC CC to pay tax and then HDFC Plantinum DC to pay the CC through HDFC BillPay, I get 1% CB. Is there any better way to pay off my ₹80K dues?
the payment gateways are levying 0.95% (0.80% + GST) convenience fees, which just about defeats the whole purpose of CB. The only savings possible is the interest free period for payment of the CC dues.
A better way would be to use my HDFC Business DC to get 1% (upto ₹750) CB, no convenience fee if I go though the HDFC payment gateway

No not allowed last year atleast
No need to go round about... If you have slice card, load it and pay.. you will get instant 1% cashback which you can withdraw back to bank. No charges
I personally pay this way.. not sure if there are better options. Now most of the cards don't reward for gov payments

How much does your ca charge for filing ITR? My CA charged me 3k for filing this year and under new regime...I feel this is too much considering in new regime there is no extra work for CA as everything available in AIS
500/- for salaried and 1500/- for FnO (In case of profit).
Only 10-15 minutes work for CA in case of salaried.
Down the pdf from the portal (Filed ITR) and learn from that, you will get to know what to fill in which column.
My brother filed for me 4 years ago and since then I have been doing it by myself.

Is the Apay ICICI still the undisputed general card for Advance tax payments or do we have a new contender?
