Casio watches

I bought 2 Casio watches from Tradus in Oct. Received after 10 days. Those watches were duplicate watches. I tried to call Customer Care but Tradus is such a website that they dont have Customer Care number. I wrote many mails for returning the product. Atlast I got a call from them. They told to return the product. I returned spending from my own pocket. After nearly one month they refunded my Rs.7000 money. But true friends I had nightmares in that one month. I did not get my courier money which they promised but instead they gave me useless coupon which we cannot use for already discounted items. terrible condition. So please friends think atleast 10 times before buying any product from tradus because 9 out of 10 times they will send duplicates. I will never purchase anything from them again.
