Cashify - Offers good price first and reduces it a lot during pickup

I have placed an order to sell my iPhone 15 128GB for Rs.57750 in cashify. But during pickup, I was told that my phone will be considered to be more than 3 months old even if there is 6 days left to reach 3 months of age. Pickup person's justification is that he will need at least 15 days to resell this phone and phone has to remain below 3 months till that time. There was no such mention in their website on this. This change in age reduces 7k in their quote.

The phone was in very good condition as I have used it with a back cover, tempered glass screen guard and even a camera lens protector. There were no scratches or dents. But just to give a reason, that pickup person said that the side of the phone has pouch impression marks from the use of the back cover. Such pouch marks will easily go away with just a wipe with soft cloth. Still, he took that as a finding to give some more devaluation. He offered just 47k with all these findings. I have clearly said that I don't want to sell. Then he started negotiating by increasing little by little up to 52k. Still, I have refused and cancelled.

Then I got an email from cashify asking the reason for cancellation. I have explained to them all these events. But they reply with a standard message asking for phone photos and invoice. I gave them invoice and asked why did you change the age category? I got a call from customer care now and they told me that the phone was in EMI as per last pickup person. That was a new false reason. I have told them clearly that the phone is not in EMI. Now their standard reply is that they will look into this issue. For 4 days, they kept updating that they were checking the issue.

Finally today, they said the phone will be considered as less than 3 months. But due to pouch marks, their re-quote is now 53k. They kept saying that they will re-quote when the phone doesn't match what was said online. I have given honest answers to their evaluation questions, but now they are blaming the honesty of the customer. And know that they have nothing mentioned in their questionnaire about pouch marks.

Another worst part is that my friend took the phone to a Cashify shop and they quoted 42k Max. And they asked him to leave the phone in shop for sometime for more evaluations. He refused and came out.
