Cashback on HDFC Swiggy and SBI Card

I have the HDFC Swiggy credit card and SBI cashback credit card. They both offer a 5% cashback on online purchases, with a few categories excluded. Is there a way to still get cashback on these excluded categories?

- Railway
- Utility Bills
- OTT subscription (utility mcc)
HDFC
- Hotel
- Flights
