Strategy : 

1. Website should be unique in order to attract traffic. Traffic = Advt. = Money
2. Think about why one would watch live streaming on your website and not one any other online platform. You may start reverse as well meaning think about why someone would not watch live streaming on some of the leading platforms. Note down the reasons and make it a baseline to avoid those constraints or negatives.
3. Make it as interactive as possible, say hover mouse pointer over the player (batsman/bowler) and it should provide key stats. 
4. Keep the interface as clean as possible and user should have ability to customize the view to some extent. Use rolling advt. 
5. Think about unique user base, those with hearing disability and those with loss of vision for example.
6. Think about monetizing users time. Point system?

Challenges:

1. Skills & Money needed to develop such site and maintain it.
2. Ideas/plan to build-up and keep the site relevant
