Its not allowed.
Can you give some official source where its says sealed liquor allowed?
Why are you carrying alcohol from delhi?
bag me bhar ke le jaao kon check karta hai
people carry arms and many other things this is just liquor bottle
carry along and just be normal kisi ko pta na chale ki saath me carry kiye ho, no one is checking
Sealed or opened, it's not allowed. If I am not wrong, only army personnel are allowed to carry a limited amount.
"Traveling with alcohol in the train is completely prohibited. For doing so, action can be taken against the passenger under Section 165 of the Railway Act 1989, which includes a fine of up to Rs 500 and jail up to 6 months. Additionally, the passenger’s ticket can also be cancelled."

Ohh. This is the reason ppl get drunk before boarding. We can store as much as we can in our belly
My friend is telling to book a railway parcel and pack it at their own parcel Center by giving rs. 500/- it will come royally in parcel section in the same train, and just need PNR number.
Coca cola ki bottle m mix karke le jao. Maine khud apni akkho se logo ko Coca cola ki bottle m pite hue dekha hai.
Not allowed
Only army personnel can travel with a permission paper.
When is the last time you even saw anyone keenly checking luggage in a railway station I've heard of people carrying firecrackers and even those compact gas cylinders which are explicitly banned. As long as it's in luggage and no one is openly drinking and creating a scene it wont be an issue.
The only rule in india is ....
Is it allowed for travel in train from a to b in same state?
Because it's cheaper?
Try gurgaon, cheaper than delhi.
While according to rules it is not allowed carrying liquor, but if you can just bypass the entry without check, which is easy, then there should be no problem.
