One card is best according to me. They give 0 forex offer regularly up to 2k  and on top 2 categories you still earn 1%. Sometimes in addition you have spend offer.

Go for prepaid money cards instead of credit cards to save on exchange rates when you withdraw each time.

Cross check the charges involved before deciding the card. How much does it cost you if you withdraw €10 and how much if you withdraw €500. And what about the remaining amount in the card.
