I have mailed at BOB CRM mail id for cancellation of EMI. Can anyone let me know do they send any confirmation for the mail send. Also, how much time they take to cancel the EMI.

do let us know if they cancel without any charges and refund charges if any levied against it

Never preclose from app, there are preclosure charges applicable.

Is your emi cancelled? What are the charges?

I have contacted customer care over phone. They said that cancellation will be available from only merchant side. Customer can only done foreclosure with charges 299 or 3%
