canara setu : Credit card bill payment is successful , but the amount is still not credited into axis credit card

Payment Date : 3rd November,2024
Payment was made through HDFC Millenia debit card at Morning.
The amount still not credited into axis bank credit card
Downloaded the invoice from canara setu, the transaction is shown successful as well as there is also bbps transaction and payment reference id has been generated.
Any suggestions?
I thought bbps bill payment are instant.
