(RESOLVED) Canara Setu BBPS- no refund received for failed transaction

OMG, this is scary.

Couple of weeks ago, I did pay CC bills via millenia dc on canara setu and they went fine

hmm for me refund got within 1 day in canara setu hmm 

UPDATE: Guys I got the refund an hour after creating this post Don't know if this is because of my various complaints or automatic but glad I received my refund. Thanks for your help!

Complain debit card jiska use kiye usko karna tha pahle.. as you have yo get written money is with merchant not with debit card bank.. both side complain larna chahiye.. warna ek dusre par thikra phodenge.. waise 7 working days hota hai iske baad hi action mode.. but i do complain instant.. so will have proofs before going rbi

I once done a payment in Paytm 

txn failed, but money got deducted no SMS(Scary)

only came to know when I checked the app the money was deducted

waited 14 days then complained in the bank

after that refund came

I paid an amount of 69K to SBI Credit Card via Setu, and it failed. My money has not yet been received by SBI Cards, nor the refund has come back to my account. I raised a complaint as well on Setu, but no one has cared to call me to clarify. Any suggestions on the next steps?

I have paid 74,700 to RBL via debit card on 14th & for some reason webpage did not go through but money deducted, waiting for refund.

Should i just wait more days or complain somewhere?
