Did you ever tried paying dues of your loan account from your friends or partners or parents account to your loan account on loan account payment gateway USING UPI?
1) will that work? or it will denied
2) what are the tax implications?
any idea? any suggestions?

1. What type of loan account is this?
2. How much is loan amount?
3. When its UPI , are you using rupay cc to pay your loan? If its bank account why not transfer to your account and pay?
There seems to be something tricky and it will showup in income tax based on transaction amount.

1. Its just personal loan from NBFC which has payment gateway that allows UPI to pay
2. Loan amount varies as I take lot of loans
3. I already tried Rupay CC's are not working:). just wanted to know if its alright to pay from other persons account instead of transferring that amount to my account and show it in ITR in case notice arrives so wondered this

Is there any reason it will be denied ? It will work through their payment gateway.
