Can we apply for co-branded credit card in same bank from different numbers??

Eg:- if someone has Rio Yes bank cc with the mobile number ending with 1234, now he/she can apply for kiwi yes bank credit card from different number ending with 2367

I have recently applied for Rio and it has been approved and in kiwi I am also eligible for kiwi  yes bank from different number cibil has been hit after login in app
