Axis CC biller details not fetching!

I'm trying to pay a CC bill of 70K on my Axis CC through SBI Unipay and Canara Setu, but I'm getting the error 'Unable to fetch the biller details', but it fetches the biller details when I'm using the Axis BBPS portal. I have RBL Signature DC, does it give cashback if I make payment through the Axis BBPS portal? or if there is any other platform I could use.
Please let me know.

Canara setu and SBI Unipay is not working today

but axis setu doesnt have debit card option
Use Airtel thanks app it supports debit card
Does airtel thanks app give 1% cashback with hdfc platinum dc?
Airtel failed today 2 times.. total 60k stuck..last month also had issue.
Take risk if successful ok thanks lse 5 6 days hold money
I paid 9900 from HDFC billpay yesterday, not reflecting yet in the card 
From last 24 hours Airtel Axis transactions are failing and Navi is unable to redirect to payment gateway via HDFC DC.
Anyone else facing same problem?
Paid axis bill via navi in the morning but it's not reflected.
Does bbps bill payments also take time?
Never faced delay for bbps payments so far , in navi app transaction shows successful, any possibility that it may fail?
Should I again make a payment to be on a safer side ?
Even my payment is also not credited but showing success in unipay. My due date is tomorrow... Do I need to make another payment ?
