I opted for old tax regime during declaration at employer last year (FY23-24) but now filing ITR through cleartax i see it is suggesting to choose new regime to get more refund.
If I switch to new regime during filing ITR, will this be permanent? Can I go back to old regime in future if required??

You can switch will filing returns.. Currently no restiction to switch... 1st option with employer after that during filing... Next year you can again opt if gov dont change anything

While filing ITR online, stcg u/s 111A is not considered for rebate u/s 87A.
