If we have banking complaint we go to ombudsman
If we have insurance complaint we go to irda
For services customer grievances
Is there similar platform where I can complaint against cyber cell guys too.
More than a month since i obliged with all there requests. Sent a formal email via lawyer, following up every 4-5days but no response from them. Only once I got a call & they explain I received a payment from an acc for which cybercrime has been reported & the trail of money followed my acc hence the freeze.
Was given a contact number & on call either no one receives or they tell to message complaint no & will check. Nothing.
Completely frustrated now since a significant amount has been stuck in two account's with loan EMI'S bouncing( nach charges will pile up even after paying manually).
Is there anything I can do?

Yes the person from whose account I received payment had crypto transaction & someone did chargeback so all trail accounts are freezed
Tbh it's pretty bad system & govt wants to just milk u as much as possible. Say in line if there were 9accs after the complaint all of the account would have been freezed following money trail. When it should have been only the one whose got reported unless someone is habitual offender or exploiting/scamming system.
My account was reported for phishing /call vishing. I mean what the he'll that even had to do with me
In India process is the Punishment.
Try to find some connection, bribe the police or hire good lawyer, only then maybe you will get out of it fast.
so it means
if a person who deals in crypto and are a person of interest in some scam and the same person used UPI to transfer that amount from his account to some soundbox in a local shop. then even that local shop person bank account gets freezed?

As per my RM, every month, they receive 10-15 complaints of bank freeze & mostly it relate to crypto or Dream 11 betting apps.
[Imagine this is just 1 branch how many freeze cases would be Pan india]
What I did is hire a lawyer and sent a reply through him even after that no response from him. He asked me to wait for 30days before any legal action can be taken. So I have no option then too wait for now.
Ground level system is real corrupt irrespective of what people say.
Sometime i feel anarchy is the best system.
So @Rajkotian was right. I visited them last week casually to understand what it will take to unfreeze and they indirectly asked for 40% of balances in all acc and not just lien amount which is less than 20% of freezed balances.
I mentioned going legally and they laughed and thrash me out in native language 
Lesson learned - Never talk about laws in police station it don't go well
