so my rm told me to get millania dc for my mom account ,and then add that account to my family group, he will get my millania and my mom millania dc charges returned .

Family group only exist for hni banking in hdfc AFAIK, and in hni Banking debit cards are free.
If you are already charged I don't think it will get reverted. But if you are in hni banking or 25K account savings or salary account, dc is free
