which part of India is the patient?
or are outside India?
in north, AIIMS, Delhi is worth it.
in south, Chennai, Bengaluru have a few decent ones. (example: Narayana).
In central areas, Hyderabad, Indore have some eyecare hospitals worth exploring. Someone I know, used their Ayushman or some card and got treated at this hospital, where staff was helpful and main doctor was successful in doing a different (than retinal desisea) but complicated surgery.
In west, both Surat, Poona have options too.
Maybe in Asom, Bengali too, some of the government hospitals are reliable.
