Thats a sad news for F&O traders.. any other zero brokerage apps? hows mstok anyone trading ?
What about their claims that they will never charge for anything?
I received this similar message for fyers:) some 1 or 2 months back i think:)
I havent yet received this update of pricing on my email for finvasia, have to wait and see when i will receive this email

And in-fact the justifications given (for the change in rules) was that it is more consumer friendly and more fair for the average retail investors (than the block charges mechanism in place by the newage brokerage businesses).
Please do not shoot the messenger though. i am not giving that justification. nor did I make those new rules.
yes its because of SEBI policy changes, all this is getting started up, so discount brokerage end is what most of us guessed 2 months back:)

One day, admin gives a decree that no users will be allowed to have display names starting with the letter 'N' or ending with the letter 'S'.
so the only options you are left with
are to either change your display name here or quit being a desidime member/ exit.
something similar with all those promises.
(although not relevant here, the promises by Mister Mukeshbhai Ambani,
of data 'always' being cheaper than its competitors and other promises.. have definitely been broken. and not many even blinked.)
was using zerodha previously. Now trading actively in Finvasia. last 2 years. daily not less than 20-30 trades . so ₹5 + gst is going to pinch . not going to change. mostly equity or commodity (mini gas, mini crude, microsilver) single margin balance for all trades. paying ₹5 for commodity is ok. for equity in small lots as such making small profits for lot of trades in mini lots. That is going to pinch.
