My relative is coming to India tomorrow and his layover is at Dubai Airport for few hours so is it cheap to buying S23 Ultra or S24 Ultra from Dubai Airport, anyone can give some recommendations of Shop or anything

UAE phones have UAE firmware and you will run into issues with payment or banking apps in India. If not that I know people said that Samsung Pay is unusable. I recommend against it and advice paying 10k-20k more for a phone from India.

Call recording quality isn't that great, but it does give a free to use version, so..
Wi-Fi calling needs to be turned off for Cube ACR

But might still be better than the tax paid (with pucca bill/ invoice ) prices here in India.
The Dubai mall (on Financial centre street) too has some shops which get one good prices (depends on bargaining power, time).
But the person is in-transit and just for this, it is not really that worth.

@micke and others who regularly use slickdeals or Canada, U.S. of A sites can offer better insights on how to get $50 $100 worth of Amazon gift cards here and there (surveys, giveaways) and use them on Amazon Canada, Amazon US to get items for much lesser net-net cost.
