Buy or rent ?

Simple Answer : buy 

if its well within the reach ...its one of the best asset  to possess 

We are men (sex neutral ) and not a company to think everything on financial terms.

So it is your security, ambitions, safety needs,convenience ,social acceptance needs , needs of people close to you etc makes decisions here on your behalf ,

You buy if you can afford it, otherwise you save to buy.

Buy if

The place you are buying is where you want to settle or can give a much better return than that place.

Buy if you spend lavishly and may not save enough to buy it later.

Buy if you can get loans at cheaper rates -like some PSU,Banks Etc

Let not availability of cheaper rented accommodation (like few companies Govt etc) make you

defer buying your own house.

Buy something that is affordable and maintainable.

buy for living not for investment purpose.

make sure your requirement

rent , if you have to much amount even after you buy house then buy else rent. 

If you're already renting, nothing quite compares to the sense of security and pride that comes with owning your own home. While financial literacy isn't always a priority for everyone, making wise and informed decisions will always serve you better than trying to outsmart the system. True wisdom beats clever tricks any day.

Buy, always buy. 

25+years we stayed for rent. Half of my father salary spent for rent purpose only. Once I started earning my dream is to buy a house for my parents. Literally it took 10+years to buy a home for me. I still remember the happy tears in my parents on house warming day. They are peacefully living in our own house. 

Now you can decide whether having a own house or staying in rental is important in life.
