Business on Saturday and Sunday during off time

Dear Friends,
Many of us having off on Saturday and would like to use this spare time to earn using set of skills already possessed by improving skills and then forming partnerships to transfer the work as we are from different states, cities and even same cities different kind of business and profession, Can anybody suggest how to go further?

Rather difficult to customise any recommendations or thoughts, if one is blank on that.
Generally though, have known people offer their language based services or use their knowledge of specific languages to offer translation services, domain specific transcription services.
Some also network as script writers or allied services for companies, media houses/ production companies, professional content creators.
From season to season or as per demand, people also run small operations where they employ artisans or get the things made on 'job work' basis and have various region-specific or occasion specific articles made, handicrafts too.
Those with domain knowledge in respective fields are also associated with e-learning initiatives..in different capacities.
Although most NGOs would not randomly pay someone doing relevant work or advisory on a on-and-off basis
there ARE religious charitable trusts, non religious (social initiatives) charitable trusts which do sometimes (or even regularly) have various requirements or projects.. where they take help from people who may even able to devote less time or occasionally work on the tasks at hand.
