Bullshit and scam!

On 14th Sep i did recharge for Rs .60 using this bullshit app and my order ID is FCVA14091459685120. As it didn’t reflect in my balance i contacted [email protected]
On 14th an auto response email reached me , later on15th they sent email asking for 48hrs time. Till 19th no response and on 19th September i sent follow up mail. Then they responded by asking me to check with mobile operator.
On same day Tata docomo , replied to me that recharge is not reflecting for my number in their database and they also mentioned that they will be responsible for transactions only if done with authorised agents or docomo official website and not any third parties like freecharge.
On same day i forwarded that mail to freecharge. Again auto response and 48hrs time requirement mail.
On 23rd September and 1st October i sent an emails asking for update but no response from freecharge donkeys. On 2nd October they sent an email that my transaction was successful. I replied asking that it is not reflecting any where and neither i got any message.
They did not had any answer and on 4th October , they sent an email that my complaint has been solved and asking my feedback!
Again on 11th October i sent mail asking for details and how they closed my compliant ,to which i got auto response and 48 hrs time requirement mail.
On 12th they sent an email to check with my operator again.Tata Docomo responded that no recharge was done on my number and i forwarded same mail to freecharge goons.
They replied asking for 48hrs and closed my complaint again! and sent an email that my complaint has been solved and they want feedback!!
On 13th October i shooted another email asking for this delay and i got a reply asking for which mobile number and transaction am checking with them?
On 14th October they sent an mail stating they are looking in to matter and checking with operator but didnot mention mention how long it may take.

Huh..

Mine may be 60bucks but theses fraudsters will cheat thousands of people like me to make money.Be ware of such fraud and spread the message
